Calcium Sulfate

Description

Calcium sulfate is a chemical compound commonly found in various forms, including anhydrite (anhydrous calcium sulfate) and gypsum (calcium sulfate dihydrate). The chemical formula for anhydrous calcium sulfate is CaSO₄. In its dihydrate form (gypsum), the formula is CaSO₄·2H₂O.

Calcium sulfate is considered non-toxic and is used in various food and pharmaceutical applications. It is insoluble in water, which makes it stable and suitable for various applications. However, as with all chemicals, occupational exposure (like dust inhalation in industrial settings) should be managed carefully.

Catering to a broad spectrum of industries, our Calcium Sulfate offers quality, reliability, and consistency in raw materials. Available in both anhydrous (CaSO₄) and dihydrate (CaSO₄·2H₂O) forms, it caters to various industrial requirements. Applications that require the hardness and density of anhydrite or the softer characteristics of gypsum are well-supported. We offer flexible packaging options ranging from small bags to bulk deliveries, tailored to specific needs and ensuring safe and efficient transport.
